ShotFlow is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. All tracking data is for personal reference only. Always consult your healthcare provider before making changes to your medication or health regimen.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Please provide accurate information during registration.
ShotFlow offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions managed by Apple App Store or Google Play. You can cancel at any time through your device’s subscription settings. Refunds are subject to Apple’s and Google’s respective refund policies.
The app includes an AI assistant. Responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on AI responses for medical decisions.
You are responsible for the content you post in community chat rooms. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
You enter health data voluntarily. This data is stored on our servers to power the app’s features. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle this data.
The app uses push notifications for injection reminders and other alerts. You can manage notification preferences in the app settings or your device settings at any time.
We may change or discontinue the Service at any time.
The Service is provided "as is". We make no guarantees about accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for damages arising from use of the app. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on app content.
